  Admittedly these are some major improvements that a lot of users will love, but they're just bringing the phone back up to level with the competition in terms of basic software functionality.
  I'm sure some users would've liked to see background apps as well but I don't think the processor and battery in the phone have the grunt to handle it.
  I'm still a bit miffed at Apple for the proprietary headphones on the new Shuffle, it really shows the company's true modus operandi, which is 'we make decent products styled to generate lots of demand, but fuck the consumer, let's gouge them for every penny in the face of overpowering logic'
