    no
    what you need is
    1. a good base vintage paper texture for background

    2. some water stain/coffe/water color stained paper texture
this is applied on the base paper and ontop of everything in
    blend mode of choice.

    3. a texture of a surface that has scratches and dust in it. placed
on top of everything and the see through scratched parts should preferebly have the same hue as the background paper texture. ALTERNATIVLY theese scratches can have the color of the underlying texture if you would to simulate a thick screen painted area.

    4. Finally you could experiment with adding a yellowish gradient map on top of everything. with the right blendmode and tint you could achieve a nice bleached yellowish effect to work with the background texture that sets everyhing in the comp to the same
    style.
