i if must say i must say a mention on a walking tour just before you go to bed, i find if i go on a little tour a round, i more so than not sleep very fine. my partner can see me when i go around, from the room,i go a little up the pedestrian street past a fish butique and along past pizza corner and home again, when i get in my partner sleeps and i will too soon
