Something tells me this guy has had to deal with somebody at an agency that didn't like him and made things difficult, now his sense of entitlement is peaking and he's trying to play power games with any designer he meets. All he's succeeding in doing is revealing himself to be a bitter cockwad, stuck in a job he feels isn't far enough upstream for his sense of self worth.
