WTF is "scene"?

    This is really one of the more laughable things I've come across lately. The adoption of the word "scene" to frame a demographic, when their scene is basically looking the same as everyone else.

    It's like saying "How to be parking lot" if you and your friends hang out in a parking lot. Or like "how to be bathroom" if you all spend a bunch of time in them and it's your main focus of interaction and ability.

    And like I said above, it's just hilarious that their "scene" is nothing more than the same thing decades of teenagers have done before them: hanging out somewhere, doing something, and wearing clothing that fits that particular peer group or place in time. They're not a part of any scene; they're just in a void.
