I understand the same stylist worked on your shoot, but your assumption only shows that the stylist knows NOTHING about photography, models, poses, or composition. You need to mention that he has lived in a cave since the day it was born, and have never seen (or heard descriptions of ) any type of photography in order to that to be considered a rip. do you know what I'm saying?
if the photos are not exact, as in different model, EXACT EVERYTHING ELSE, (and I mean EVERYTHING, clothes, lens, background, lighting, exposure, etc) then you can't really consider this a rip, claiming it is, will only make your peers nod to your face like you are right, but really showing them you must have an massively huge ego, in order to really believe you came up with that pose.
and I mean this with the best of intentions.
