"You may include the word Apple in prose or descriptive text that parodies Apple's application of its copyright rights in respect of its name of Apple (and subsidiaries) at our discretion. Use of the word Apple, including references to the fruits of the Rosaceae genus of plants will render all past, present and future specimens of any plants or pies made with the fruits therefrom the irrevocable property of Apple Computers Inc, whether it did exist or still exists at the time of the reference or existence of the plant in any form including digital, imagined or fossilized. And anything else."
