United States 2nd Amendment :
"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
not only can we bear arms - but we can form a militia and use it against our government when they get out of line (i'm still waiting for us to excercise this right)
