the helpdesk is one thing, and one of the worst.... believe me.
but they fuck with longtime customers like me.. newcomers have much cheaper hosting and more options (mySQL etc...)
but the service sucks BIGTIME.
oh, and they ARE after your money, they care more about your cash then about you.
NEVER EVER USE LADOT.
