Seriously, though, whatever way your lunch can involve getting out of the office, away from your desk is a good thing.
Depends on where your office is though. I'm in the middle of downtown Chicago and probably have two dozen eateries within 5 blocks.
Don't eat and work, that's the worst. That's how my gf's office is, they all eat lunch at their desks, big open loft office. If anyone goes outside it's kind of looked down on, like, "What, you're not working 100% of the day?"
