For eddie, when you're ready, go to file > package. it'll grab a copy of all the images, fonts etc and place them in a folder alongside the indesign file. Zip that bad boy up and send it on to the poor sods that are putting this together.

- nope, name them whatever, I tend to keep names short with underscores instead of spaces but noone else I work with doesshitehawke
