You have to buy the major releases of OSX from Apple. 10.4 was one. 10.3.9 and 10.4.11, etc, are free upgrades. They don't sell 10.4 anymore since 10.5 is out. Why can't you just go get Leopard at the Apple Store? Don't want to pay?
