I finish writing a letter of 5 pages for my wife because for a long time I have not been speaking the necessary with her, perhaps, had been better if the time used in writing it had dedicated to speak with her... another learned lesson
- I know some people who do this. Apparently it really helps, especially if you're not verbal about certain feelings.juhls
