Wow, interest rates bomb again. I remember about 18 months ago when the BoE was considering tweaking in a very small way, and some boffin at the BBC news (that bloke with the wonky eye off Dragon's Den it was) got all graphy and patronising as he explained what a very precise science it was. Just a tiny teak of .1% would have a knock on effect months down the line he explained. Now though, they're wanging that shit all over the place link a game of swingball.
We've decided to put our tracker mortgage onto interest only for a few months just to make sure we aren't throwing money away that will never come back, so the way things are going we'll not be paying a fucking thing every month.
