I foresee Ando using his power on Hiro and it turning out they have to work as a team for Hiro to use his ability.
I also see Ando using his power on Peter, and Peter getting his full ability to absorb powers back. You know, a kind of cascade effect.
If this doesn't happen, it really should. It's this kind of stuff that made the show cool. Gimmicky, I know but I'm all for gimmicks
