I find the whole design quite oppressive. Not the photos just the horrible selective colour and all that grey. I feel bored looking at it. Its not engaging at all.
Im sorry thats not helpful or constructive, I just think you should start again and think of the end user a bit more. This design is a dead horse and should only be used for something like a secure parking lot company site or similar.

- Its the grey photos on grey background. Im down with black and white dont get me wrong but this is grey.slappy
