  Man, that's pretty harsh!

  I've used UPS in Ct., Mass., RI., Fl., and LA and have to say that they are consistently some of the nicest workers.
  Here in Ct. they are friendlier than anyone in my neighborhood!!

  You gotta love their new bluetooth finger scanner things!
