    Our dogs are 9 yrs./60 lbs.; 7 yrs./30 lbs.; 1 yr. 50 lbs.

Here's the problem with three dogs—you have to be really tight with obedience. Everyone has to have a place. Feeding, going out... there's a set order to how everything flows. It's not just more work, it's that you don't get to enjoy them as much.

I bring our oldest dog to work with me every day and it's definitely more pleasant/relaxing than when I'm caring for them three at a time.

But, you're obviously a big ol' dog person and that above is not really that strong of an argument against it, so what the hell, right?

    • "Two dogs is more than twice the work of one, and three dogs is about how much work you'd expect five to be."blaw
