    loose the diagaonal lines
    the green is a bit too dark
    the grey looks not so convenient
    why resize the menu point?
    Headlines are to big for my taste (would it not look better in black?)
    resume & elswhere is brighter, why? place it a bit more away from the rest and in the same style

    I would rethink your logo... 3 lines doesn´t work

    • I would make it much brighter, but first you need the loose the white parts, otherwise it will become unreadableMau
