My thoughts...
The wavy things don't really blend in nor do they give me a hint of what the business is.
The wavy thing is too big imo. It competes with the type and so hierarchy gets hurt.
The line is not working at all. The fact that it touches the descender on the "p" is really bad.
Try shrinking that wavy thing to aprox the width of the word "capital" and make it a secondary element. Try positioning on the right of the logo somewhere above "capital"
As of now I am thinking of racing, motorcycles, or all the logos ones sees the bike riders' uniforms wallpapered with.
