looks nice enough, but I don't think anyone is going to get the green streamers as a revenue stream.
also, try tweaking one part at a time. fix the text 3 above is starting to work better with the larger, heavier 'capital'.
If you go with the ribbon look, make even the short grey ribbon have a little kick up on the right.
