I think the type treatment is cool, but that swoosh isn't working for me. Maybe if it was a little more focused and bold with only 1 or 2 wisps instead of 5. I think that would also help it be more iconic and scale down a little better. As is, it wouldn't read all that well on a business card. I also think "Capital" should be beefed up, just a little bit.
p.s. Why did you choose the color green for the graphic swoosh?
