    you definitely do not want to try those push ups now. the wrist is a sensitive joint though, and for designers when you can't use your hands you are pretty much dead in the water. but when you're elbow is feeling better give them a shot. it will strengthen your entire forearm and wrist. plus you'll be able to throw a mean punch.

    it will be difficult and painful at first but i think ultimately much better on your wrist. you could also try pull ups, as they put very little stress on the wrist.

    for the record, yes, this entire post is about fapping. i beat you all to the punch.
