Personally Kelpie I would say your body copy's leading is too open there. But bear in mind the last time I dabbled in text layout was about 1999.
I was always a believer in setting up grid zones, but using leading that was applicable to the text size and style of the copy. I would find that system above to be too restrictive and forcing rules regardless of what looks best.
I generally get shouted down about such things though so I'll get my coat.
