It is over saturated, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. People who use CrowdSpring call themselves graphic designers. Sure there is competition for good positions, but most of the 'graphic designerz' aren't even considered so they vomit their logos on crowdspring to business owners who wouldn't know a good mark from a sidewalk drawing.
