  all the girls have mullets and excessive tattoos... and at night they hose the streets with water. Aside from the art thats about all I remember. Oh and you can buy beers of the poor guys in the street almost all hours which I suppose is pretty cool, they will constantly hound you its like having slaves carry beer around for you.

  • The vendors keep their beer in sewers, to keep them chilled and safe from police. I hear it is illegal to buy from them.raf
  • ..not just for them to sell. On the other hand, it's just as easy to buy something to smoke there.raf
