    Indian food gets it right.
In fact, being a hardcore consumer of all things meat, Indian cuisine is the probably the only one that cooks veggies and pulses in such a way that I could (in theory) never eat meat again. Done well, Indian is mindblowing. Done badly, I'll still enjoy it.

Chinese though, the textures are all wrong, and I can never tell the difference if what I'm chewing is either meat, spring onion, bean-sprout or water chestnut. It must take extraordinary effort to make it all taste alike - I commend them - but I'm not putting it in my mouth unless I can help it.

As for baby sweetcorn...... Let it grow up for fucks sake.

    • ha ha, Indian food is incredibly tasty :E but I also like the food of the Chinese.chossy
    • Crispy duck is about I'll commend them for. But that really is the extent of it.
