    You know, I think most of the time the judgement is just banter.. it's nothing more than verbal sparring. I don't think it's worth taking to heart.

    I figure a lot of designers spend their working lives trying to think laterally, while making judgements about quality. This is probably going to overflow into all aspects of their lives.

    We live in cynical times, and sometimes an earnest comment can seem like the equivalent of a lamb to the slaughter.
