yes yes. that would make sense for the MD.. i'm sure i wasn't always using them till they were dead and then charging them up any chance i got.
the digicam and the laptop though, are Lithium Ion batteries.. and wouldn't i have noticed a problem when i first went to europe and encountered a higher voltage? plus.. these silly devices are supposed to switch/convert the voltage on their own! :(
