depends on the distance, and speed.
the shorter to earth, the greater the angle it needs to be diverted...
and how early do you have to deploy such a weapon?
and how far can it fly?
and what if an accident happens, and we have to prepare another?
like TF said, a simple piece of foam can screw it for human kind and all the others on this planet..
