I'm a Canadian(born in England, though), but have spent ample time in the States and love it. My parents moved to the States when I was 18.
Well, Michigan and Florida are shithole states, but a lot of middle America is. I love San Fran, Chicago, New York, Las Vegas, Boston , Austin, Houston and Seattle. New Orleans was fantastic too.
On a whole, Americans are good people and I've rarely met one that I can't stand. Annoying? Yes(Just go to Dallas). There are annoying cunts here too, we call them Quebecors (J/K, I love you guys too).
