OK, but to play devil's advocate...
Imagine you are describing your company to someone in conversation. It wouldn't sound weird at all to say "We" part of the time and the company name at other times.
If we are talking about a single person, then yes it would be weird:)
- You could say, "Here at <company name> we ..." and then transfer to the 1st person. But, consistency is best.monospaced
