yea. scaling is a must really. photoshop cant do some of the larger sizes (physically as in it doesnt allow your canvcas to go that big).
nice link jg. i have to do billboards pretty often and what it says is pretty accurate for us as well.
that whole C60 M60 Y60 K100 thing always pisses me off. hehe.
anyway, as far as charging, there is really no reason to charge more for this kinda work that i know of. i always charge a standard rate of time. so... there really isnt any extra work that has to go into designing a bilboard. it is pretty straight forward and simple.
