I have this horrible feeling that, while my Illustrator designs have a lot of thought put into them, my prof will hate them all. I got a horribly low mark on my last assignment, and I couldn't stop thinking about it for days. I still can't. I emailed her and asked about the mark (she didn't explain it at all). It has to be a mistake. More than half the class did a horrible job, and the average is higher than my mark. I know they did poorly because we had presentations, and she (and the rest of the class) seemed to really like my work. She was more critical of a lot of other students' work during that presentation day.
She hasn't gotten back to me yet.

- thanks. I didn't fail or anything, but the mark doesn't make sense to me at all.juhls
- yeah - it always annoyed me with the grading and 'approachability' of professorsmegE
- don't mail your prof. It's never adequate.Corvo2
- I have to. I don't see her again for another 1.5 weeks.juhls
- let's see it.Jnr_Madison
- I'm not posting that one up since it wasn't my best. I just know it deserved better mark. You'll probably see the next onejuhls
- though, as I may be including it in the QBN book.juhls
- sometimes education is just impossible to fathom, it'll even out.kelpie
- Don't ever mail professors even if they ask you to. Keep the distance. That's my piece of advice.Corvo2
- If keeping the distance lessens your grade, then you're facing a poor teacher.Corvo2
- I have always avoided profs in the past, but I find that explaining my concept more sometimes enhances marks.juhls
