haha awesome...
he was a bit shocked at first, thinking i was having a bit of a laugh with him, i think for the first time in our working relationship he respected me for having the balls to stand up to him basically, i got the feeling that no-one had done it before...
but i stood my ground and made him realize i was serious... i was bricking it i have to admit, but i kept saying no, no, no, i don't care, mate i've had it... please leave....
he did.

i'll see what next week brings but once i check my legal status, i hope to make my happy thread a full case study of how you can be royally fucked over by a client...
and how best to avoid it before giving 3weeks of work away on a disk...
