first impression, not very refined.
the splash page looks really bad, you should lose that and just open the site in the current window.
as for the site itself, too many fonts, sizes, colours. nothing really consistent about it. and please lose the music player.
you have the basics there, you just need to tighten it up. Pick one font, 2 at the most and clean it all up.
