You are allowed negative padding. I have some on my cargo site in fact!
I had to guess most of the answers, but the guess were 'educated' and actually, I'm not displeased to have scored 35%... I spent 20 minutes yesterday looking at some CSS code for the first time in my life - previously I have had no idea what CSS even meant or looked like - and thought how obvious and logical it is, and how its just a simple case of familiarising one's self with the protocol.
Its not like having to learn code is it, its just a case of learning the right way to present your design decisions.
