We have a short, stereotypically loud Italian woman named Angela do all of that for us. At 60-odd years old she's still working out the finer details of office life, like not walking into a meeting with a vacuum cleaner on full, or wiping your desk while you're sitting at it on a phone call. She keeps a bloody clean kitchen though.
My main complaint about my office kitchen is the staff that leave ground coffee all over the counter.
