Actually the last photo may be quite innocent?....
The girl looks like she is in a hospital bed so it may actually be an antidote cat, you have to suck the antidote out of it's ass end for it to be effective, I have read about these before they were used to treat people with mustard gas burns in the second world war, unfortunatley the medical symbol, on the band the cat is wearing is on the other side so I didn't spot it right away. Panics over people she's simply ingesting an antidote from it rusty sheriffs badge.
