ive got it aswell. after a couple of hours my fingers start to feel annoyed and what i do, a very bad habit, is make this 'cracking' noise with my fingers.
my grandfather has got arthritis on both hands, a very pleasant prospect. he used to be an engineer and worked with his hands everyday. he can hardly bend his fingers anymore.
