  A guy at work isn't talking to me anymore, I asked him "can you repeat that as I'm not fluent in retard"... I meant it as a joke, but he didn't get it. Told my girlfriend when I got home, she said I was rude and that I should apologise.

  I would apologise, but I still think it was funny! Which means the apology would be quite empty...
