Gah, relationships are very frustrating sometimes. When I say 'relationships' I am of course deftly avoiding the phrase 'women's brains'.
I have a lot of reference books. I have bought them all for my studio, as reference and inspiration.
We used to have a house with no shelves.
My gwife wanted some shelves.
We had shelving built in the living room and the dining room.
My gwife wanted stuff to put on the shelves. She took loads of my best books to display on the shelves.Her argument was "The studio's only over the road, if you need to get a book you know where it is".
So now, if I want to answer wordsarepictures enquiry about the original Goldfinger cover art, I will have to leave my studio and go home and get the book.
Well I'm sorry Wordsarepictures, but not today. I have stuff to do.
