I made it to the studio just fine. I decided to have a sausage and bacon torpedo roll with ketchup, and despite having a very swanky coffee machine at the studio I also opted for a take away coffee from an urn, served in a polystyrene cup. Its horrible, but its part of the breakfast experience.
Now I've finished eating I need to choose one from the list of options above and get on with it.
