    Short answer: no
    Long answer: not really but it will take you time to restore the file, because it's basically the same thing as saving a jpg from a psd file.

    You have to split all the stuff in layers (again) and IF you are lucky the text will be not into illogical bits.
    But at least clipping masks will be in their place.
    Not sure about swatches, gradients (hope you didn't flat the transparencies)
    And prolly you'll have to relink external files (if any)
