see if you're in illustrator right? and you've spent all day doing an A3 ad for a magazine right? and you've saved it as a PDF and forgotten to that you were working in a pdf right? and then just to be 100% sure that when it goes it'll work right you turn off the "keep editable" tab, right? then you close it without saving as an ai again right?
is there any way you can rescue that file so that it's workable again?
why does Illy let you work in pdf mode without at least auto saving an ai file? why does it not account for disorganised creative genius types like me who forget things? why does it not compensate for the necessarily sketchy creative workflow?
