    B. Don't offer that any of their employees move, hire cheaper labor locally...so as to not offend the worker or TBO.

    C. Don't offer that any of their now ex-employees have an option other than facing the job market?

    Or are you saying that no company should ever lay off anyone for any economical reason? Or are you just saying that 'corporate America suxors!' I'm not quite sure what you think they should do if you were in their situation.
