What are you smokin, Peter? That shit doesn't exist...
Create some text in PS on a transparent BG, guassian blur it, go to file>>save for web, save as a PNG
Import into flash, put text ontop of it, and tada. Copy and paste the PNG ontop of itself for more "intensity"
