all the info, or just username and password? try deleting the dreamweaver preferences plist file. you can export your sites info to a file and reimport it so you don't lose it when you zap the prefs. if it's just the username/pass, it's also an issue with the mac keychain. in the keychain manager you can delete the dw keys so it recreates them.
