Do you Need the money for bills and shit, or just want to get paid. There's a difference. If you really Need the money, explain that to him. If you just want to get paid, then, well you need to work out terms. Maybe he don't have the money either. Sit down, talk to each other, and be honest about everything and your situation. Its your best bet.
