The next time you go to a bar, scope out some of the uglier girls in there, and mentally note them. Then, on your way out approach one, and get her number. When you get a chance, call her during the day, preferably while she would be at work, so she sends the call to voicemail. In the message you say "Hi, remember me from the bar, I have a friend here that has something to say to you." Then rub your hand around the receiver a couple times, and then get back on the phone.
